Abstract
This study investigated the enhanced toughening characteristics of plastic fiber-reinforced hot-mix asphalt (HMA) mixtures in laboratory and field tests. The toughening effects of plastic fiber-reinforced HMA mixtures were characterized using direct tensile loading tests.
