Abstract
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP), strongly associated pathogenic markers of cancer, have undergone extensive drug development programs. Marimastat, a noncovalent MMP inhibitor, was conjugated with FITC to label cellular metalloproteinase cancer targets in MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro.
