Abstract
CuO has been considered as a promising photocathodic material for photoelectrochemical (PEC) hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). In this work, CuO films were prepared by a facile and cost-effective method that involves solution synthesis, spin-coating and thermal treatment processes.
