Abstract
A rare case of fibrosing mediastinitis from histoplasmosis with extrinsic compression of the right pulmonary artery is reported. A 41-year-old patient presented with worsening symptoms of cough, fever, migratory arthralgia, chest pain, and progressive dyspnea.
