Earlier data suggested that pts with T3-T4 and/or N1 stage gastric cancer, the adjuvant CRT (Macdonald protocol) significantly increased the relapsus-free and overall survival, although the method was not popular because of the difficulties of planning of the radiotherapy (RT) and high rates of side effects. The aim of this study was to evaluate the tolerabilitiy of this CRT in our practise.
