Abstract
Hexaglycidyl cyclotriphosphazene (HGCP) was synthesized, and characterized by FTIR, 31P, 1H, and 13C-NMR. This compound was used as a reactive flame retardant to blend with commercial epoxy resin DGEBA (Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A).
