Abstract
B-carbonateapatite (CHA) powder was synthesized starting from calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate. The powder was fully characterized in terms of phase purity, stoichiometry, morphology, specific surface area and particle size distribution.
