Abstract
Six antibody-maytansinoid conjugates (AMCs) consisting of the cytotoxic maytansinoid, DM1 or DM4, linked to a tumor-targeting monoclonal antibody are undergoing clinical evaluation, with the most advanced in Phase III testing.
