Abstract
A bstract An 8‐month‐old healthy girl presented with a left orbital mass, which orbital magnetic resonance imaging revealed to be a well‐circumscribed, mostly cystic lesion. The patient underwent orbitotomy via inferior fornicial conjunctival approach.
