Growth Process of Goss Grains during Secondary Recrystallization of Grain-oriented Electrical Steels
Abstract
The coarsening behaviour of Goss grains in grain oriented electrical steel during annealing after cold rolling was investigated. The results show that the coarsening resistance of fine second phase particles was reduced inside the surface grains. This induced particle coarsening and the reduction of particle density.
