Abstract
Studies have been made of interactions between creep and fatigue by considering the effects of prior fatigue on creep, and of prior creep on high strain fatigue, in a 1% CrMoV steel at 838 K. null Prior fatigue enhanced steady-state creep rates and reduced fracture lives, although these effects decreased with lower creep stresses.
