Abstract
Microstructure change of α (ferrite) + γ (austenite) two-phase structure in duplex stainless steels deformed by hot torsion tests is briefly analyzed. Two types of stainless steels containing different volume fractions of ferrite and austenite were torsion deformed at temperatures ranging from 900 to 1250 °C.
