Abstract
We report intracellular fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and fluorescence anisotropy measurements of two meso-substituted fluorophores based on the boron−dipyrrin (BODIPY) structure. Both dyes incorporate hydrophobic groups, which render them membrane-soluble.
