Abstract
: This case describes a 40‐year‐old man complaining of general malaise, dyspnea with hemoptysis and anuria. Laboratory data indicated renal failure and the presence of systemic inflammation. His chest radiograph and computed tomography showed bilateral diffuse interstitial alveolar infiltration.
