Abstract
Matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP‐9) is implicated in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells. We investigated the modulatory effects of nitric oxide (NO) on the 12‐ O ‐tetradecanoylphorbol 13‐acetate (TPA)‐induced MMP‐9 expression in MCF‐7 cells.
