Permittivity of fiber-polymer composites - A study to determine the effects of the environment

This paper presents the results of a study to determine the effects of environment, that is, moisture, ultraviolet and sulphur dioxide exposure, on the complex permittivity of fiber-polymer composites that are appropriate in electromagnetic windows for use below 100 GHz.
