Copper-substituted manganese (Mn1-xCuxFe2O4) spinel ferrite nanoparticles have been synthesized by adopting sol–gel self-combustion chemical route where 0.0 ≤ × ≤ 0.5. Nickel-substituted manganese spinel ferrite NixMn1−xFe2O4 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5) nanoparticles have been prepared by sol–gel auto-combustion method. Spinel ferrites have caught the attraction of researchers in the modern world. In this work, the spinel ferrites having formula Co0.3Cd0.7Zn1.5xFe2−xO4 (x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) were prepared by Microemulsion method.
