OBJECTIVES: Neuroprotective potential of 7-methoxyflavanone (7MF) and its underlying mechanism was investigated. METHODS: Inhibitory effects of 7MF on microglial activation and neuroinflammation were evaluated by employment of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced BV2 microglial cells.
