The objective of this work was to determine the potential bioactive properties of extracts from bio-residues of pinhao (Araucaria angustifolia (Bertol.) Kuntze) seeds, namely the α-amylase and cholinesterase inhibition, cytotoxicity, and anti-inflammatory properties.
