Abstract null null In this research, CoFe2O4-BiO2−x nanocomposite was prepared using the sol-gel method followed by hydrothermal treatment. The photocatalytic activity of the CoFe2O4-BiO2−x nanocomposite was examined by photocatalytic degradation of chlortetracycline (CTC) under near-infrared (NIR) light irradiation. Abstract Flower-like n-type CeO2-δ is hybridized with p-type β-Bi2O3 nanoparticles to design a novel β-Bi2O3/CeO2-δ p-n heterojunction photocatalyst via a thermal treatment process of Bi/Ce(CO3)(OH) precursor.
