El estudio se ha realizado en 121 pacientes sometidos a cirugia bajo C. E. C. para la correccion de sus cardiopatias valvulares. En una primera fase valoramos en 7 enfermos la influencia de diferentes analgesicos sobre la funcion renal, estado acido base, glucemia y acido lactico. In pediatric interventional cardiology, cardiologists need to stay closer to the patient than during adult catheterization, and the use of biplane systems increases the scatter radiation. Typical patient dose levels during intracoronary brachytherapy (ICB) procedures using beta sources were determined across a sample of 221 treatments.
