N-doped titanium dioxide photocatalysts were prepared by a sol-gel process using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and ammonium chloride as nitrogen source. X ray powder diffraction shows that N-doped TiO2 catalysts exhibit high thermal stability and highly resistant to the phase transformation process from anatase phase to rutile phase. Fe 2 O s /γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and test results show that, Fe203 crystal was compounded on γ-Al 2 O 3 carrier.
