It is found that <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\boldsymbol{\in}_{\mathbf{r}}=\mathbf{2,2}$</tex> provides better return loss and group delay, whereas the Substrate with <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\in \mathbf{r}\mathbf{=}\mathbf{6,15}$</tex> gives better gain; therefore, the Substrate selection depends on the required performance factor. The antennas were fabricated using Rogers Substrata with a relative dielectric constant of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\in_{\mathbf{r}}=\mathbf{2,2}$</tex> and tested using the Vector Network Analyzer; it was found that the Simulation and experimental results are in reasonable agreement.
