В статье рассматривается развитие такой категории как юридическая процедура, подчеркивается ее дискуссионный характер, приводятся современные подходы к определению данного понятия.Автором подчеркивается выраженный юридический (правовой) характер процедуры, а также правовой результат, который влияет на наличие и реализацию правовой процедуры. Автором для формирования полноценного определенияюридической (правовой) процедуры выделяются следующие признаки: организационно-правовой характер; направленность на достижение правового результата;последовательность действий (актов) поведения; наличие модели поведения и ее служебный или инициативный характер; иерархичность; динамизм; формальная определенность. На основании выделенных признаков предлагается авторскоеопределение понятия юридической (правовой) процедуры. The article examines the development of such a category as a legalprocedure, emphasizes its controversial nature, and provides modern approaches to the definition of this concept.The author emphasizes the pronounced legal (legal) nature of the procedure, as well as the legal result that affects the existence and implementation of the legal procedure.The author identifies the following features for the formation of a full-fledged definition of a legal (legal) procedure: organizational and legal nature; focus on achieving a legal result; sequence of actions (acts) of behavior; the presence of a behavior model and its official or initiative nature; hierarchy; dynamism; formal certainty. Based on the selected features, the author's definition of the concept of legal (legal) procedure is proposed.
