Abstract
Background: This study investigated the relationships among psychological well-being, mindful eating, and weight in adolescents. Methods: Data of this cross-sectional study were collected from students of three high schools. Various questionnaires regarding mindful eating, eating behavior, emotion regulation, self-esteem, coping, body attitude, depression, and anxiety were given.
