Abstract
We propose an adaptive multigrid preconditioning technology for solving linear systems arising from Discontinuous Petrov–Galerkin (DPG) discretizations. Unlike standard multigrid techniques, this preconditioner involves only trace spaces defined on the mesh skeleton, and it is suitable for adaptive hp-meshes.
