Novel resorcinol diphenyl ether-based PROTACs (PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras) were designed and evaluated for their inhibitory activity against the programmed cell death-1/programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-1/PD-L1) pathway and their ability to degrade PD-L1 protein.
