In recent years, there has been a surge of interest in superconductivity in low-carrier-density materials, propelled by advances in experimental studies in systems such as SrTiO3. Here, the authors analyze how the superconducting transition temperature ${T}_{c}$ varies in two dimensions as one tunes the Fermi energy ${E}_{F}$ with respect to Debye frequency ${\ensuremath{\omega}}_{D}$ of a pairing boson. The authors work at weak coupling, by which they go beyond lowest order in the coupling and find the values of ${T}_{c}$ with the exact prefactor.
