Abstract
To realize high-precision rotation angle adjustment in micro-/nanomanipulation, a novel monolithic two-degrees-of-freedom (2-DOF) pure rotation platform is designed, fabricated, and tested in this article. The rotation platform is driven by two piezoelectric actuators.
