The paper presents the results of the synthesis and studies of changes in the phase composition, structural and magnetic properties of double perovskites Ce(FeTi)Ox obtained by solid-phase synthesis. To assess the effect of changes in physical-chemical and magnetic properties in synthesis and subsequent thermal annealing, we used the methods of scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive and X-ray phase analysis, Mossbauer spectroscopy. It is established that the synthesized samples are a mixture of five phases, characteristic of compounds of cerium with iron and cerium with titanium. A change in the concentration of phases in the annealing process indicates phase transformations and a change in the main crystallographic characteristics. It is established that a decrease in the concentration of oxygen ions in the crystal structure, caused by thermal processes, leads to an increase in the density of oxide phases and the formation of magnetic ordering in the structure.
