AI techniques combined with recent advancements in the Internet of Things, Web of Things, and Semantic Web-jointly referred to as the Semantic Web-promise to play an important role in Industry 4.0. As part of this vision, the authors present a Semantic Web of Things for Industry 4.0 (SWeTI) platform.
