Data to accompany Maintenance of muscle strength retains a normal metabolic cost in simulated walking after below-knee limb loss The files included are: (1) Matlab script (LoadAndPlotData.m) for loading and plotting the data (2) Matlab datafiles (Y_S[id]_[condition].mat) for individual subject results(3) Matlab scripts (ModPars_S[id].m) with the model parameter values for each subject(4) Matlab datafiles (Ytar.mat, Yw.mat) for the referenced experimental data (Miller et al., 2014)
