In order to predict the evolution of microstructure in GH4169 alloy extrusion workpiece,mathematical models for the microstructure evolution of GH4169 workpiece were implemented into DEFORM-3D simulator,then the coupling between thermo-mechanical and microstructure evolution was realized.Meanwhile,the method was used to predict the influence of various height reduction and deformation velocity.The results show that the height reduction and deformation velocity have a strong influence on the microstructure evolution,and the pole of the workpiece has less grain size.
