Crisis is seen as a decision-making situation in which everyone involved,especially the decision-makers are put under great pressure.Therefore,it is important that decision-makers know scientifically about stress and cope with it effectively to improve their decision-making ability.This paper analyses stress and stress sources on the part of decision-makers in public crisis management and attempts to find out the techniques for stress reduction and relaxation.
