The study was designed to investigate the analgesic and antipyretic activities of ethanolic and aqueous extracts of Terminalia bellirica (family: Combrataceae) fruits (200 mg/kg, p.o.) in acetic acid-induced writhing, Eddy’s hot plate method and brewer's yeast-induced fever models in mice and rats.
