The self-diffusion coefficients of copper in copper-rich Cu-Sn, Cu-In and Cu-Sb solid solutions containing up to 3 at.% Sn, 3 at.% In and 1.7 at.% Sb, respectively, in the temperature range between 1005 and 1145 K have been determined by the serial sectioning method with radioactive tracer 64Cu. It has been found that enhancement of the self-diffusion coefficient of Cu by addition of Sn, In and Sb is expressed by a quadratic equation of the solute concentration rather than a linear one. Combining the enhancement factor of solvent diffusivity determined by the present work with the previous experimental data on the vacancy flow factor determined by the measurement of Kirkendall effect, an appropriate numerical set of the correlation factor and the jump frequency ratios in the five-frequency model have been evaluated. The correlation factor for the impurity diffusion of Sn, In and Sb in Cu thus obtained is in the range between 0.1 and 0.2 in the temperature range between 1005 and 1089 K. Such a small value of the correlation factor suggests highly correlated jumps of a solute atom to a vacancy. Nous avons déterminé les coefficients d'autodiffusion du cuivre dans des solutions solides riches en cuivre Cu-Sn, Cu-In et Cu-Sb contenant respectivement jusqu'à 3 at.% Sn, 3 at.% In et 1,7 at.% Sb, pour des températures comprises entre 1005 et 1145 K par la méthode de sectionnement avec le traceur radioactif 64Cu. L'augmentation du coefficient d'autodiffusion du cuivre par addition de Sn, In et Sb s'exprime par une fonction quadratique de la concentration en soluté plutôt que par une relation linéaire. Si l'on combine le facteur d'augmentation de la diffusivité du solvant déterminé dans ce travail avec des résultats expérimentaux antérieurs concernant le facteur d'écoulement des lacunes déterminé par la mesure de l'effet Kirkendall, on obtient un ensemble cohérent de valeurs numériques du facteur de corrélation et des rapports de fréquences de saut, dans le cadre du modèle à cinq fréquences. Le facteur de corrélation pour la diffusion des impuretés Sn, In et Sb dans Cu ainsi obtenu est compris entre 0,1 et 0,2 pour les températures comprises entre 1005 et 1089 K. Une aussi faible valeur du facteur de corrélation donne à penser qu'il ya a une très forte corrélation des sauts d'un atome de soluté vers une lacune. Die Selbstdiffusionskoeffizienten von Kupfer wurden in kupferreichen Mischkristallen Cu-Sn (bis zu 3 At.-%Sn), Cu-In (bis zu 3 At.-% In) und Cu-Sb (bis zu 1,7 At.-% Sb) im Temperaturbereich zwischen 1005 und 1145 K mittels aufeinanderfolgender Schnitte und dem radioaktiven Tracer 64Cu bestimmt. Die Verstärkung des Selbstdiffusionskoeffizienten, die bei Zugaben von Sn, In und Sb auftritt, läβt sich eher mit einer quadratischen Funktion der Konzentration der Lösungsatome als mit einer linearen beschreiben. Der in dieser Arbeit bestimmte Verstärkungsfaktor der Diffusion der Wirtsatome wurde mit dem Faktor des Leerstellenflusses, der aus Kirkendallmessungen ermittelt wurde, kombiniert. Daraus ergab sich im Fünf-Frequenzen-Modell ein geeigneter numerischer Datensatz für Korrelationsfaktor und Sprungfrequenz. Die so erhaltenen Korrelationsfaktoren für die Diffusion von Sn, In und Sb in Kupfer liegen im Temperaturbereich zwischen 1005 und 1089 K zwischen 0.1 und 0.2. Diese kleinen Werte legen nahe, daβ hochkorrelierte Sprünge von Lösungsatomen in Leerstellen vorliegen.
