Abstract
A total of 30 isolates of actinomycetes were isolated from the rhizosphere soils of groundnut collected from different parts of Tamil Nadu, India and tested for their inhibitory activity against Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc., the stem rot pathogen of groundnut.
