The aim of study is to estimate the role of energy financing for energy retrofit in COVID-19, with the intervening role of green bond financing. For this, Kalman technique is applied to infer the empirical findings. Fe3+-TiO2 (Fe-TiO2) thin films were successfully prepared using a “sandwich” approach. TiO2 NPs were doped with different Fe3+ content (0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% molar ratio), and the modified TiO2 NPs were deposited on glass flat support by dip coating. A coupled g-C3N4/PDS system, named gCN-P, has been put forward to degrade refractory organic pollutants under simulated sunlight which integrates photocatalysis and PS-AOPs (advanced oxidation of persulfate based on sulfate radicals).
