This article introduces and develop a new area of transparent conducting material by doping GaN with two rare earth (RE) impurities (Eu, Sm). Our theoretical calculations confirm that the co-doped compound exhibits half-metallic ferromagnet (HMF) with 100% spin polarization at the Fermi level using GGA and mBJ. Conducting polymer PolyAniline (PANI) was implanted with 75 keV Au and 30 keV Ag ions. The projectile ranges were calculated from SRIM analysis prior to implantations; it is found to be 65 nm for Au and 32 nm for Ag. The optical absorption behaviors are remarkably different from the pristine samples due to combined effects of the defects and metal fillers. Europium-doped magnesium–zinc–sulfophosphate glasses of molar composition (65 − x) P2O5–20MgO–15ZnSO4–xEu2O3 (x = 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0) were prepared via melt-quenching method. We used the three-source Landau hydrodynamic model to describe the pseudorapidity distributions of charged particles produced in p-Pb collisions and Xe–Xe collisions at LHC energies. The research results fit well with the experimental data which are measured by ALICE collaboration at LHC. The related parameters are obtained and analyzed. Moreover, in most cases, we consider that the central source undergoes the change of the hadronic gas to QGP liquid.
