Chronic Granulomatous Dacryoadenitis Associated With Pleomorphic Adenoma

Chronic granulomatous inflammation occurs rarely alongside pleomorphic adenomas of the major salivary glands but would not appear to have been reported with lacrimal gland adenomas.
