We present two cases of acute myocardial infarction in young patients with asymptomatic COVID-19 infection and ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), complicated by severe acute heart failure and ventricular fibrillation, resulting cardiopulmonary resuscitation and mechanical ventilatory support.
