Abstract
Within pregnancies occurring between 1986 and 2017 in Dutch kidney transplant recipients (KTR), we retrospectively compared short-term maternal and foetal outcomes between patients on calcineurin inhibitor (CNI) based (CNI+) and CNI-free immunosuppression (CNI-).
