Abstract
Eisenmenger syndrome should be diagnosed before pregnancy and surgically corrected if possible. Cesarean section in a patient with Eisenmenger syndrome is high risk as morbidity and mortality are very high. Delivery in hospitals with intensive care units should be recommended.
