Abstract
Adult orbital xanthogranulomatous disease is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytic condition with 4 clinical subtypes: adult‐onset xanthogranuloma, adult‐onset asthma with periocular xanthogranuloma, necrobiotic xanthogranuloma (NBX), and Erdheim–Chester disease (ECD).
