Abstract
A new oleic acid derivative plasticizer, epoxidized trimethylolpropane trioleate (EPO), has been synthesized and its application in PVC formulations compared with di(2-ethylhexyl) 1,2-cyclohexanoate (DOCH/DEHCH), a commercial phthalate-free plasticizer of petrochemical origin.
