Abstract
The work here deals with the observation of structural, optical and magnetic property of Eu2+ doped SnO2 nano particles. The structure is characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, UV–Vis absorption, photoluminescence (PL), and time resolved PL (TRPL) spectroscopy. The introduction of Eu affects the crystallite size and substitutes with Sn without showing any interstitial defect...
