Abstract
NUT Carcinoma of the lung is an undifferentiated/poorly differentiated carcinoma characterized by a gene rearrangement in nuclear protein in testis (NUTM1); it has a monomorphic appearance, discrete nucleoli, infiltrating polymorphonuclear cells (PMN) and areas of abrupt keratinization.
