Abstract
Three edible food packaging films loaded with perillaldehyde (P), thymol (T), or ɛ-polylysine (ɛ-PL) in gelatin/zein (G/Z) nanofibers were prepared and characterized. Their effects on the preservation of chilled chicken breast were evaluated.
