Abstract
Polysaccharides from Rubus chingii Hu fruits (RFPs) were extracted, purified, characterized and investigated for immunomodulatory activity. Results indicated that RFPs were heteropolysaccharides with molecular weight of 51.7 kDa and contained carbohydrate contents of 96.83%.
