Abstract
The antibacterial effects of phenyllactic acid (PLA) against Vibrio parahaemolyticus and its application on raw salmon fillets (RSF) were investigated in this study. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of PLA against V. parahaemolyticus was 3.2 mg/mL.
